Accimani Wholesale Shipping Policy

At Accimani, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services to our wholesale partners. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days after payment confirmation and order approval.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, trade shows, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Destinations

Accimani currently ships wholesale orders to:

  • All 48 contiguous United States
  • Canada

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other international destinations unless special arrangements have been approved.


Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • All shipping and freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Shipping charges will be added to the final invoice or quoted separately before shipment.

Accimani may occasionally offer special shipping promotions or freight allowances. Any such promotions will be communicated separately and are subject to specific terms and conditions.


Shipping Carriers

Accimani may utilize one or more of the following carriers:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight carriers for larger wholesale orders

Carrier selection will be determined based on order size, destination, and service availability.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking information provided.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier service levels.

Estimated transit times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Accimani.

Accimani is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Labor strikes
  • Natural disasters
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packages immediately.

If merchandise arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Notify Accimani within 5 business days of delivery.
  2. Retain all original packaging materials.
  3. Provide photographs of the damaged merchandise and packaging.
  4. Include your order number and shipment details when contacting us.

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for replacement or credit.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information.

Accimani is not responsible for delays, additional shipping fees, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Any additional fees incurred due to address corrections, rerouting, or reshipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada)

For shipments to Canada:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.
  • These fees are not included in product pricing or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
